BRUNCH-UNION AMERICAN BISTRO

A Castle Rock favorite. UNION AMERICAN BISTRO added weekend Brunch to their menu, so we gave it a try. They offer seven menu choices and each choice was unique and created with a special twist.

I had the Breakfast Panni and loved every bite. The bread was soft and sweet and stuffed with scrambled eggs, Applewood smoked bacon, American cheese and a wonderful tomato jam. Their specialty hashbrown fritters were included. Patrick had his favorite, Green Chili and Chorizo Sausage gravy with buttermilk biscuits.

The portions are generous, the prices reasonable and you can sit inside or outside on their covered patio. Brunch drinks are also unique as well and include a Dirty Chai and a Mimosa made with your choice of orange, grapefruit, pineapple or cranberry juice.

Kim Heideman, Chef/Owner. Brunch is served from 10am-2pm both Saturday & Sunday.
